InterGenerate has brought farming back to the Homestead.
We have both a teaching garden and an egg co-op and we are hoping to open an additional community garden in spring, 2017 if there's interest.
Our Egg Co-op is very unusual.
We have about 25 households raising 40 hens together.
It's wonderful and exciting and challenging and fun and a lot of work
and a good thing all around.
Because of the generosity of our farmers,
we have been able to host the Boys and Girls Club and the History Camp every summer.
